Dr. Sara Reuber graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College here in Toronto in 2005 and is currently enrolled in the Canadian College of Chiropractic Rehabilitation Sciences Fellowship Program. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Life Science) as well as a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University, and earned her certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) in 2003. Sara is a certified Independent Chiropractic Evaluator and a certified Functional Abilities Evaluator and performs independent examinations for Sibley and Associates. She is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Canadian Chiropractor’s Association and the Canadian Chiropractor’s Protective Association
Sara’s participation in competitive sport has contributed greatly to her focus as a Chiropractor. She represented Canada as a member of the Junior National Diving Team and was also a member of both the Varsity Track and Field and Synchronized Swimming teams at Queen’s University. Sara has a keen interest in treating recreational and professional athletes who have sustained either traumatic or repetitive use injuries.
Sara also has a special interest in the rehabilitation of motor vehicle accident-related injuries, post-fracture and post-surgical cases. In these cases functional rehabilitation takes place by eliminating pain, restoring range of motion and increasing strength. Sara’s 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer enhance her ability her to incorporate situation-specific exercise for rehabilitation and for improved function into each patient’s treatment plan.
Integrating information gathered from the patient history, physical examination, diagnostic imaging and other objective tests, Sara’s goal is to identify the underlying cause of the injury or condition. A variety of modalities, manual therapies and functional exercises aim to restore and enhance the body’s neuro-musculoskeletal system, to facilitate recovery from injury and to optimize performance.
Sara’s goal as a health care practitioner is to ensure that each patient be stronger, healthier and more fit than before their initial injury. She has a passion for fitness and believes that everyone could benefit from a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Dr. Tracy Bougie, BPhe, BSc, DC, CSCS
Dr. Bougie holds a Bachelor of Science (Life Science) and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University. She has since graduated with summa cum laude and clinical honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Dr. Bougie is currently enrolled in a two-year postgraduate Sports Sciences Residency Program where she is honing her expertise regarding the understanding and treatment of sports-related conditions and injuries. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and also has certifications in Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston Technique and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. She is currently teaching Chiropractic Education and Anatomy at CMCC. Dr. Bougie worked with athletes at the elite and recreational levels and is currently working with National Tae Kwon Do athletes.
Dr. Bougie integrates a variety of contemporary techniques such as electro-acupuncture, kinesiology taping, soft tissue therapy and joint manipulation/mobilization to treat injuries, enhance function and prevent future injuries.
