Nicole Burling MScPT(c), BScKin, CK, CPT
Nicole is currently completing her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at University of Toronto. She has also earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a specialized honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University in 2008. She is a Certified Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer (through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology), and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Nicole has also been involved in the research sciences through her work in the Exercise and Bone Health Laboratory at the University of Toronto and in the Biomechanics and Gait Laboratory at York University. An all-round athlete, Nicole is an avid soccer player, who has earned two Ontario Championships and one National Silver medal at the inter-university sport level.
Nicole has worked in a variety of training facilities, including commercial fitness centres, high-performance strength and conditioning rooms for elite athletes, yoga studios, clients homes and physiotherapy clinics. In her training, Nicole utilizes a wide variety of techniques based on fitness level and personal goals, including:
- Circuit training, core stability, agility, balance and coordination, yoga-based toning and flexibility exercises, PNF stretching.
- Sport-specific training, Olympic lifting, maximum strength, cross-fit training.
- Injury- or pain-related rehabilitative exercises, postural/ergonomic education and training.
- Weight-loss, cardiovascular endurance, fitness during pregnancy and post-partum, overall health and well-being.
Nicole has worked with individuals of all ages, abilities and goals and, with her broad spectrum of expertise, can meet a wide range of training needs and goals.

Julian Ho CK
Julian’s training philosophy is to share his knowledge and experience with those who wish to receive it, whether it be for everyday functional purposes, high level athletic performance and competition, and/or rehabilitative reasons. Julian strives to practice what he preaches, conquer his goals, and master his own weaknesses, so that he can provide as an inspirational leader who is instrumental in helping others achieve their own aspirations and goals.He hopes to instill the belief that in everyone, there is the potential for change/growth, and lifestyle development/enhancement through health, wellness, and fitness.
Julian’s areas of expertise are cross training, sport-specific training, injury rehabilitation and prevention, functional and ergonomic lifestyle, and sport psychology. His skills as a Certified Kinesiologist, as well as the wide ranging nature of his experience, allow him to assist individuals in many areas of need. Julian provides the opportunity to rise above nagging injuries, continue strengthening beyond restraints, and undertake activities currently neglected or never attempted.

Tracy Bougie BPhe, BSc, DC, CSCS, FCCSS(c)
Tracy has a background in competitive field hockey and soccer and strives to incorporate physical activity into all aspects of her life. Her athletic background led her to pursue post secondary education in physical and health education at Queen's University. She took numerous courses on nutrition, biomechanics, personal training and exercise physiology.
Following Queen's, Tracy was accepted at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she is currently in her third year. She continues to advance her knowledge of the human body and how training can improve performance or be utilized in a rehabilitation setting.
Tracy has also worked as an exercise counsellor at a weight loss center alongside a nutritionist where she learned how to apply her knowledge of nutrition. During her time here she trained a wide spectrum of clients ranging from novice exercisers to experienced athletes. Tracy is an excellent motivator, educator, and training partner who is committed to implementing healthy lifestyle changes for her clients and helping them achieve their personal fitness goals.

Bob Hill C.A.S.K., CPT-CAN-FIT-PRO
Bob is a Certified Personal Trainer and Thai Boxing Instructor with more than 30 years of athletic experience. Bob has trained in yoga and competed in a variety of athletic fields including running, cycling, swimming, kickboxing and triathlons.
Bob is a highly skilled and knowledgeable trainer who has worked with people of all shapes, sizes and ages. His clients range from those with no exercise background to people with extensive fitness experience and skilled competitive athletes.
Whether your goal is weight loss, enhancing your flexibility and mobility, increasing overall strength and conditioning, improving health and wellness, or all of the above, Bob will put together the ideal program to help you realize your goals.
